		<description>Wow - since joining the social conversation only 4 weeks ago I have connected with so many individuals speaking from the heart about how to be... it's common sense and how many of us forget the simplicity of just being who we are instead of who other people think we should be.

Liz Strauss and others like her are invaluable - they remind us continually to center ourselves, to remember we are people first and employees/business owners etc. second. If we forget who we are and never share that person with anyone how can we expect people to connect with us let alone earn their trust.

Thank you Todd Hoskins for this glimpse into the world of Liz Strauss.</description>
